Noah’s PERCH in Full Bloom

Noah’s PERCH is a community-building resource that provides a pathway to thrive socially and meet lifelong friends. Noah’s PERCH schedules monthly meetups where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can make new social connections and join other participants for fun-filled activities that foster a culture of inclusion.

There’s so much fun and excitement in store for Noah’s PERCH this year! After a year of significant participant growth, we’re looking forward to bringing these new friends along with us and making 2025 a year to remember. Our year of activities started off strong with our annual New Year’s Mixer, where PERCH participants had the chance to share their favorite memories of 2024 and their goals for the new year. We played a giant game of “Would You Rather” resulting in plenty of hilarity as participants chose between prompts such as: “Would you rather have spaghetti or licorice for hair?” or “Would you rather have a pet unicorn or pet dragon?”

In February we hosted our annual Sweetheart’s Ball, which was a blast! Special guest DJ Qolaj joined us to spin tunes, and we danced the night away in celebration of friendship and love. Many PERCH members were excited to bring a date to the event, and all were dressed to the nines.

This Spring, PERCH will be taking trips to the San Diego Zoo and the Natural History Museum, and we can’t wait to head out into the community! Interested in joining Noah’s PERCH? Please visit our website for more information!
