At Noah Homes our residents are supported by Direct Support Professionals and House Managers. From time to time we have open positions and encourage qualified candidates to apply.

Direct Support Professionals

The individuals selected for this position will provide support and opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities during home, life and leisure activities. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Requirements are: Minimum 18 years of age, valid drivers license and clear driving record, clear criminal record and fingerprint check, post-employment health and TB screen, along with First Aid and CPR certificates.  Costs associated with these requirements will be reimbursed to employees at hire.

Full-time and part-time employment is available.

House Manager

This is a supervisory position that includes management of the house budget, supervision of the direct support staff and development of the Individual Program Plans for each resident.  
Requirements are: Minimum 18 years of age, valid drivers license and clear driving record, clear criminal record and fingerprint check, post-employment health and TB screen, along with First Aid and CPR certificates.  Costs associated with these requirements will be reimbursed to employees at hire.

“Direct Support Professional Training” Year 1 and 2 as designated by the State of California is mandatory along with experience in Residential Services.
