Chief Executive Officer since 2008, and past Noah Homes Board President, Molly oversees all aspects of the financial and operational well being of Noah Homes. She is also leading efforts to collaborate with community partners nationwide in advancing care and gaining funds for people with developmental disabilities. This includes serving as a member of the California Health and Human Services Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Advisory Committee, work with the Lanterman Coalition, ANCOR, the LEAD Coalition, an NIH grant and more. Molly maintains a climate that attracts, keeps and motivates a diverse staff dedicated to maximizing each individual's independence in a community environment that fosters dignity and respect, as well as personal and spiritual growth. In 1996, Molly was introduced to Noah Homes in a quest for care for her brother Herb, affectionately known as the “Sheriff.” He called Noah Homes his home for 14 years before he passed away of Alzheimer’s. Prior to joining Noah Homes, Molly successfully served as a small business consultant for 28 years in the private and nonprofit business sectors. Molly has a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in Telecommunications and Film Management, and a minor in Business Administration Accounting.

As COO/Program Director since January 2015, Sandra is responsible for managing a staff of 50 as well as the health, happiness and safety of Noah Homes’ 70 residents. Sandra is also working with local and state agencies on standards of care and operation for two of the first memory care homes in the nation specifically for people with developmental disabilities. Her 28-years of dedication and strong commitment to the residents at Noah Homes is a model for employees past, present, and future.
Sandra previously served as the House Manager at Casa de Esperanza and Quality Assurance Coordinator, supervising campus wide compliance with regulations. In 2009, Sandra moved into administration as a Program Manager.
Sandra holds an Administrator’s License from the State of California for ARF care facilities and has applied her experience to help train Noah Homes and other care staff.

Mary is a former Board Member of 5 years who joined Noah Homes in 2014 as Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing and development initiatives. As a parent of a daughter with disabilities, Mary has turned her passion into action, including support for augmentative communication. Prior to Noah Homes, Mary served as a senior manager with Silpada Designs, and did consulting in strategic marketing. Previously, Mary worked for Richardson-Vicks, Procter & Gamble and Nabisco Brands as Brand Manager with expertise in new product development. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Sarah Scott is our Human Resources Manager and is the newest member of our Leadership Team. Sarah comes to Noah Homes with 25 years of Human Resources experience working in the public, private and non-profit industries with such notable organizations such as Sentra Securities Corp, San Diego National Bank, Sycuan Resort and Volunteers of America. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from SDSU, has held a PHR Certification since 2004 and obtained a Teaching Adult Learners Certification from UCSD.
Early in life Sarah donated her time as an Activities Aide for Fox Developmental Center in Illinois. She has also volunteered with Special Olympics and Make a Wish. After working in Human Resources for a number of years she wanted an opportunity where she could blend her Human Resources experience and also be of service to people in our community – that is when she found Noah Homes and is thrilled to become a part of our Noah Family.

As operations manager since February of 2015, Janis oversees the overall campus; 8 houses, 4 buildings and an 11 acres of land with lots of great help!
She first visited Noah 18+ years ago while providing music with the Mission De Alcala folk group, and experienced the joy of being surrounded by the “folks” at Noah Homes. Prior to Noah Homes, Janis worked for 27 years in the reprographics industry, working with architects, engineers and others in the building industry. Additionally, she also worked part-time transporting special education students at GUHSD as a bus driver.
Janis enjoys being involved with the new construction at Noah, her dad was a third generation carpenter and her husband is an architect. She hails from New Hampshire where she also went to college for Business Management. San Diego has been her home since 1985.
