Jerrod joined the Noah Homes development team in September of 2013. As the Creative and Marketing Lead, he develops and maintains the Noah Homes brand and storytelling through online content, photos and videos. Additionally, Jerrod designs all graphics for online and print material and oversees the production of the bi-annual Noah Navigator. With a passion for storytelling, Jerrod has been active in producing independent films in his free time. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Managerial & Organizational Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University.

New to San Diego, Kaleigh joined Noah Homes in June 2015. She works as an Executive Assistant and is a part of the Development and Marketing team. Kaleigh handles our incoming and outgoing communication, scheduling meetings, managing our database and other clerical work. She received her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Child Development from Arizona State University.

A San Diego native, Katie started volunteering at Noah Homes in High School and now the newest member to our Development team. Katie comes from a Hotel and Sales background but wanted to make a difference in her career. As the Development Lead Katie is assisting in the execution of two of our newest events at Noah Homes.

Catherine (Cat) is the Staffing Coordinator at Noah Homes and has been here since 2016. When she working on great projects at Noah, she is working on her BS in social work and a minor in Child Development. She loves our residents and is a master at juggling the multiple projects that come her way.
Cat comes from an administrative background working at Sea World and many other jobs but wanted to transition to a non-profit organization and make a difference. She always has a can-do attitude and is determined to make a difference at Noah! The staff and the residents have become a second family to her.

After spending many years in Business Administration Kim was fortunate to have the opportunity to take time off to focus on being a stay- at- home mom to her two boys. When she chose to re-enter the work force she knew that she wanted to find a fulfilling job with a “higher purpose.”
Thus began her relationship with Noah Homes in January 2013. She started as a part time Direct Support Professional and quickly decided that she wanted to dedicate herself to enriching the lives of the wonderful residents she worked with. During her time with Noah, Kim has been a Casa Supervisor and acting House Manager for Casa De Palmas, Casa De Flores, and Casa De Esperanza. Kim now works closely with Sandra Rocco-Melville in programs and oversees the House Managers, Casa Supervisors and Medical Coordinator. Kim often states; “I found my passion at Noah Homes and I am so blessed to have the opportunity to work with our residents who give me such joy on a daily basis.”
Kim currently holds the following certifications: Adult Residential Facility Administrator Certificate; NTG Certified Trainer - Fundamentals of Intellectual Disability and Dementia; Direct Support Professional Year 1; Direct Support Professional Year 2, Non-Profit Management Solutions Supervisor Certification; First Aid/CPR.
Prior to working at Noah Homes Kim was a regional Training Director for CompUSA and was responsible for overall operations and marketing of twelve client Training Centers in Southern CA, Hawaii, Nevada, Texas and Arizona.

Barbie joined Noah Homes in June 2017 after volunteering for several month at Noah Homes. She works as Volunteer Coordinator and Administrative Assistant and is a part of the Development and Marketing team. As a parent of a daughter with disabilities Barbie is very passionate about Noah Homes and our mission.
